oh yeah! In not sure if its the carbs or protein I'm paying attention to but I'm losing again early in the week. I'm going to hit 100 pounds this week very soon.
105.8 kg Lost so far: 43.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
