Didn't die or forget about the community...obviously had a bad week and was sent into quite a depression. I've recovered but this week I have been horrible too SO I am trying to brace myself to bounce into next week with a fresh start.

120.5 kg Lost so far: 20.0 kg. Still to go: 47.9 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.
