Weight back to 77.7kg! Of course after workout. This has not been going lower than that recently. But all is still well as long as it's a good muscle gain 😊
77.7 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
