Wow, I just weighed myself this morning and I've lost weight again! I've been excercising regularly, watching what I eat and I feel a lot better than I have in over a year. I have a lot more stamina and energy. I think the excercising has helped a lot. I just received the DVD "The Firm" which I am going to start working with this week. My stomach is starting to go down a bit and my clothes feel a tiny bit looser. Hope everyone is doing well, keep up the good work!
