I did it by only drinking water. Then I added v8 juice in for my full serving of veggies a day, then v8 splash for my full serving of fruit. I measure everything I eat to one serving. I dont eat dairy. I subsitute turkey ground for ground meat. Only eat whole grains and lean meats. I dont eat fast food anymore or eat out. I exercise 2hours a day. And thats about it. I was taking adipex but stopped bc I wanna lose weight by myself.
