I've lost weight. I have had some gluten here and there. I wish I didn't have to eat it, but I have been just focusing on smaller portions and just eating whenever I get the chance. I have been newly in charge of a toddler so I haven't had time to eat when bored or sad, no time to be bored or sad lately. So I've just been eating less.
