I am so happy with todays weigh in!! I am loving slimfast again, and its REALLY working. Thats 3lbs this week!!!

106.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg. Still to go: 24.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 4.8 kg a Week
