So, I switched my diet schedule from 3-on/1-off to the prescribed 3-on/2-off, yeah not good for my schedule. I think i am going to stick with the 3 by 1.. I also need to get over this stupid cold brought on by the weather change (typical for me every year, spring and fall). It is very difficult to do P90x when you can't breath very well, or have to keep pausing for coughing fits.. Well.. I guess that is enough whining for a day..
