Disaster Sunday Philies are out, the Eagles suck and diet was out of control plus the 5 pound I gained in 1 day didn't help. I got to see my family and still did my 10 miles on Saturday which was so easy. Looking forward to my next ride. So I had my typical weekend, SMH. Ok lets do it all over again.
