The starting weight that I entered yesterday was an estimate. I got on the scale this morning and realized I was a little bit off so today I've corrected it. Luckily the correction resulted in a lower weight! :)

Yesterday I ate well. My only slip ups were 1 Xmas Marshmellow Peep and 1 sugar cookie that was left over from Christmas. I have a really bad cold so I didn't exercise. There is a new gym by us called Planet Fitness that I heard is only $20/ month. I'm going to look into joining that gym in the new year.

For dinner last night I used my favorite website, Allrecipes.com. I made Garlic Chicken and substituted the butter for "I can't believe it's not butter" to keep it healthier. Yesterday also represented Day 2 of not drinking. I miss it, but I'm reading Carolyn Knapp's book "Drinking: A Love Story" and it's scary how much I can relate to her~ and she was a full blown alcoholic! I don't ever want to get that out of control.
69.1 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wow great price on the gym membership. I would jump on that price. I have never gone to allrecipies so I'll have to check it out. Your dinner sounds really good. Great job! 2 days is a great start. Allrecipes is free and great!!! They have fabulous low calorie/ low fat ideas. Thank you for the support; I really do want to do this. :)
