Pizza at a training event and cereal before bed. I know exactly what I need to do to kick this weight. No carbs (bread, cereal, pasta, rice, potatoes) and no milk!
102.8 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 41.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
