I keep dropping off my diet when I get demotivated for the tiniest thing. My next goal point is 112 lb (exactly 8st). Maybe that smaller goal point will be less overwhelming.
53.1 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
