well I broke the 230 barrier this am. Hopefully it's not a fluke. I also am feeling a bit under the weather today. Not sure if its allergies or a cold, ( heck it might even be that we are having the first rain and gloomy day of the fall season today..
I worked out yesterday when I felt a little under, felt better afterwards but I think the was just the euphoria from the workout .. lol ..
so I have been taking it easy today, lots of fruits and veggies and H2O and hopefully tomorrow will be a better day!..
103.9 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Nice! Congratulations on breaking the 230! The weather change might be the thing that's making you feel sick, especially if it rains for the first time.
