It's the holidays. Exams are over, I'm either volunteering or sitting around the apartment :)

And in a few days, I'll be at the parents' house. Struggling.


If I could get down to 219 by year's end, then I would have reached my goal.
101.2 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't stress out too much. The holidays are a rough time for all of us trying to lose weight. Just do your best to stay active, drink lots of water and eat lots of foods rich in fiber and foods high in protein. That way you'll be more in control when temptation rears its ugly head. Make it your goal for this holiday season just to maintain what you've already lost so that if you do lose more weight you'll be pleasantly surprised.
