Today is day 7 and I lost 3.5 kg!! (around 7 pounds) I'm so proud of myself! I feel like I can reach my ultimate goal which is 50-55 kg before leaving for Japan. lmao
90.5 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
