Yesterday was a big cheat day. A friend of mine from work came over and we had pizza, and then we finished off some of the "snacks" that have been looming over me for the last week. I couldn't bring myself to throw them away, but I couldn't eat them either. So my buddy through himself on a grenade for me and ate half of it for me. Ha!
Still, I ate more than normal and a lot more carbs. I'm a bit surprised the weight would be so different, but I did sleep in a bit and also finally used the restroom so there are a few variables there which might explain it a bit.
Still, I'm back to the wait I was before I bounced back upwards prior to this holiday season and it only took a week to drop the 10 lbs, I was 289 the weekend before I started this diet and using this web site, so it is going much faster than I originally anticipated. I expect to see a jump up tomorrow as I bet that most of what is gone today is water weight. We shall see!
