I thought I did really well this week. Finally got back to work after the 2 weeks for Christmas break. My entire brake was very stressful for me and not restful. I thought when I got back to walking at work and getting more than 10,500 steps those days (Tues - Fri) I would have lost some weight but instead I gained again! I requested to have an appointment with my doctor to see if there is any medical reason why I am not losing weight. I am again very discouraged and thinking "why not just eat anything and not write anything down for a week, not weigh myself or take any of my vitamins and then start tracking foods again." I am so tired of this!!!!!
