Had a long and tiring day thus far. Less than desirable results today, but fluctuations are to be expected.
I had my RMR tested and it sets me at 1987 calories per day. I went slightly over that yesterday and the weight went up a bit, but I don't think it is anymore than water weight from the heavy sodium intake that day.
Still, will refrain from buying those M&M Ice Cream Cookies :(.
