Took it easy on the exercise for a couple of weeks while I dealt with a cold. Was probably also a good idea to let my legs rest up and recover from some of the issues I've been having. That's done now so I broke in the new running shoes with a run on the treadmill yesterday. Amazing. No pain anywhere and I felt like I could keep going and going. Maybe there's hope for me and this running thing yet!
89.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
