Well hell, I thought I did better then that, that's ok, I got out and walked today, I haven't hit my step goal in a month and a half, hit it today then some. Starting the Ideal Shape up challenge on Monday and started the 30 day Isa today. Cleanse day tomorrow can't wait!
98.6 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 31.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
