I got in 4 days of working out this week and ran 5.3 miles on my treadmill yesterday. It was the first time I have done any distance since our race in Nov. It felt good and am sore b/c I have not been running as much. We had another Christmas party tonight so I am just weighing in now before I look at the scale tomorrow. It's been a fun and very busy December and this week will be more of the same.
Hope everyone is doing good and I know we will all get our weights down in January!
