Well I am up a pound from friday. But that's okay.. I took the weekend to let my body recupe and I was a little slack on the eating... I am back on track and am going to shot for another 3 lbs by the end of this week.. My own little mini challenge....
104.8 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Yes you are probably right.. I on the recovery week of P90X so its not as intense.. I am definitely needing it.. Glad to know you are always watching Buffy..
