I think I've just found the weight you lost. Hope the pre-Xmas chaos hasn't swallowed you up yet. 

Ian, I laughed heartily when I read your message about my weight loss. I Christmas Cookie baked with my 2 sisters yesterday and was very good (just drank tea and ate a little cheese with crusty bread). Wishing you and your family a very merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year. We will be going to BC in January for a few months. Cheers! Karen 

Great! Laughing is always a nice trip. Best wishes to you also for Christmas and New Year. January weather in BC should prove friendlier than Ontario's; be sure to bring an umbrella, or maybe a couple.
