I finally figured out my weight loss recipe. A home-made breakfast smoothie, a snack of either oatmeal with protein powder or Greek yogurt with honey and almonds, a decent sized lunch with minimal processed carbohydrates (typically a chicken salad), another oatmeal or yogurt snack, and no dinner or a VERY light snack. This coupled with TONS of water (whenever I'm hungry I drink water first) and 500-600 calories of elliptical work per day. I've never had weight loss like this before and I'm still maintaining muscle. It's amazing!
