Lost .4 over two weeks. Hoped for more but no gain through Thanksgiving but still 5 pounds heavier this year than last Thanksgiving. I'm going to try the Jenny Craig Diabetic plan which has more protein but less sweet snacks and no Anytime bar. Hopefully that will help.
