So I am down 9lbs from the start of my challenge and almost 20lbs since my 45th birthday (May)!!!!!!
I guess the running 3x a week for 2miles ea is paying off...
SWEEEETT!!!!
The down side... I freakin' hate to run...
So, I added Plyometrics to my P90X work out finally,
I have started to run 3x a week ..
and...
I have (believe it or not) Up'd my calories to 2000 min per day..
104.3 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Nice. I hate to run as well. Plugging through the first week of p90x on chest and back. Diamond push ups and bombers. Ugh. brutal lol.
