I've recently started eating only Egg Whites and/or Cottage cheese for dinner with some combination og veggies like peppers, beans, carrots and cucumbers and I think it's working! Having such a protein source at night for dinner keeps me away from my nasty late night snacking habits too! Also, when I crave a snack, I drink a giant mug of decaf green tea instead which stuffs me right up and puts me in a calm and collected and relaxed state to get a good night's sleep :D
