been doing about 750 cals per day, except one day where i just ate really healthy , but did not weigh or count anything and had non-dairy ice-cream & bigger meals. and one day when i had about 1250 cals. Only 3 kilos to go :-) so i want to get it off quickly...
55.2 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
