Carb/calorie cycling really seems to work for me. I'll have to pursue this concept in a more formal way.

Great drop! I've found the carb/calorie cycling to work well. That is as long as you're not attacked by pizza and lasagna again :)

No. No plan, Bill. It just happens that I can't seem to stand the diet two of the days each week. I end up going higher in carbs and eating at or just over maintenance. It lets me get back to the cut. Not so much by design as paying attention and trying to manage the cravings. I try and do the carb in the evenings.
