so here's a conundrum.. my off day for my eating plan is the same as my active rest day for working out... Oh the travesty of it all. What to do, what to do???
105.7 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

No I didn't.. I did plan it so that I would be on my off day on saturdays since I work nights Friday and Saturday, and I would Have more calories for that day.. I didn't realize that wed would the off/off day.. oops.
