Okay so last year between 9/22 and 12/16 I lost 40 lbs and I wasnt always trying as hard as I should. So this is my staring over I want to lost 46 lbs by the end of the year. If I do not mess around I know I can do it. I just need to tell myself if it is something I do not need--I can have it--but I do not need it--- so why sabatoge myself like that?
