Yay! I finally feel like I've lost something substantial on this diet. Think it was because I took a two hour nap yesterday and slept eight hours last night. And I just wasn't that hungry yesterday. I'm really loving tuna right now :)
105.8 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 26.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
