Only worked out for about 25 minutes today. I was dragging big time. Really curious about the Ketogenic Diet and wondering if eating high-fat, low-carb is actually good for you. Still need to do more research. I'm skeptical....but I might attempt it...

**TODAY'S WORKOUT**
1) Weights (12lb. light weights)
-2 x 15 squatting overhead press
-1 x 20 lunges
-1 x 15 standing rows

2) Jillian Michaels "Banish Fat Boost Metabolism"
58.7 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.8 kg a Week
