I sort of fell off the chart there for a bit. I was eating more carbs but still watching what I eat. Now it is time to get back into it and drop another 10 pounds.. :)
96.0 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
