So yesterday I fell when running. I cut my chin and went to emergency. 4 stitches. Afterwards, we went to Chick-Fil-A because it was already 9:30. Lunch was leftover pizza. I had the rest of some ham on my salad. So it was a sodiumriffic day. Plus my body needs to repair injuries. To be up two overnight is not a surprise.
I have a half-marathon in two weeks. I hope I am feeling better.
