I'm so excited that I lost 7 lbs in the first week! At first I thought this diet would be hard and that I would miss the carbs, especially my toast in the morning. I have found that I don't miss it at all. I follow the diet pretty well, but every once in a while I do want something sweet, so I reach for an atkins bar. They taste really good and satisfy my sweet tooth.
