9/15 was a bad diet day.out in field all day ate McDonalds then Wawa stuff..Sugar good 155 at 8pm came home ate Chinese - Wonton soup and General Tso's Chicken. Woke this morning and sugar was 296 - 263 1 hr aft6er breakfast. Doing a combo diet of Palieo and blood type. Everything was working until yesturdays outburst...
164.2 kg Lost so far: 30.4 kg.    Still to go: 39.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
