have had a pretty stressful last couple of weeks & frankly, i am pleased that i have not actually put weight ON! Back on track today though (counting calories again), so i felt able to do a weigh in :-)
57 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I think stress is the worse culprit for weight gain. You aren't even conscious of it creeping up on your weight... hang in there.

Thanks :-) I get stressed & busy & so get distracted & all the weighing & mesuring seems too fiddly & just another stress! Back on track now though :-)
