More proof that LCHF works for me. I had a huge ribeye steak last night, ate 2200 calories, 70% fat, 6% carbs (all from vegetables), and woke up a pound lighter. So much better than starving myself!
83.5 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
