HOW IN HECK am I lighter after Thanksgiving????? I spent 5 days at my parent's house... that's 5 days with all my mom's food (she's an amazing cook and there's a lot of food in that house). I didn't record most of what I ate during the time just because it was embarrassing... and I'm 1.5 lbs lighter!!!!????!!!???!?!
Can anyone explain this? It's great, but it needs an explanation.
