Ugh!!!!!!!!!!! Ugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So tired of this fluctuation! I eat one bad thing and it takes DAYS to get that weight back off.

Struggling for some willpower here and to no do what I normally do, which is break into full rebellion and eat whatever the heck I want.

I usually will lose a pound at night, but now I've even stopped doing that.

I think I might go back to walking morning and night and see if I can pick it back up.

This sucks....:(

I understand your struggles as I hit platoes myself. I will applaud you on loosing two times already what you have left to loose to hit your goal. Keep your head up and stay strong. I love the LCHF diet, and it is how I am finally getting some weight off for myself. Do you have a carb number you try to hit or do you try to hit the macros? If I am able to hit my macros I tend to loose about .8 a day.

This happens to all of us. I suggest you only weight in once a week and dont use the scale as your only tool to measure success.Do your clothes fit better? Do you feel better? Also, this sounds so cheesy but I treat my weight loss like as if I were in AA.. I take it one day at a time and set daily goals for myself. This helps me feel that instant gratification I need so badly. Today I will walk 10k , today I will drink 80 oz of water, ect ect. You've come so far... don't throw it away on one bad day. And when you do "cheat" ask yourself why? Where you hungry? Unprepared? feeling sorry for yourself ? and then deal with the underlying issue causing the moments of weakness. This always helps me.. and my biggest reason for falling off the wagon is special occasions.. Ive always known I need to plan ahead for these and I still don't always do it.. ALSO, you may want to evaluate what your eating for hidden carbs and cut back on "low carb sugar free" products and take it back to basics. I did induction for a week and the weight started to roll off again.. hang in there

Hang in there Sdbai3. Just pick one day of the week you will check you weigh. Don't do it every day as it will discourage you. Our weight (especially women tends to fluctuate constantly) If you are eating healthy, exercising and getting rest it will come off. Yes, you do have to have a little bit of will power as well as consistency. Choose one (i.e. Friday for a reward day where you reward yourself with say, your favorite ice cream or cookie (in moderation of course). After all if you've been doing what you are supposed to be doing then you should take one day to reward yourself. Don't go crazy or else you will have to pay the price for what you do :-/ Walking is one of the best exercises and the safest. If you can walk 30-90 minutes a day or more if you're able then you are doing good. But loosing weight starts in the kitchen. I am a BeachBody Coach and I have lost 45 pounds so far and still working to get off this last 30. So the journey never ends. If you have any questions or just need some help. Send me a message

Try not to get too discouraged - you have lost 80 pounds - your body needs to adjust, too. Try changing something up - different exercise, different foods, more fluids, etc. Our bodies get used to the same routine and then survive at that level. I am always tweaking things! Good Luck!
