Hi! Been on the road since early Fri, and catching up on emails. Not like you to be even close to sad. What's a C&J issue? 

Thanks for asking Ian. My 30-something niece-in-law is having emotional and mental health difficulties. I am learning so much about myself during this. Especially how to help her in an appropriate manner. Determining what is helpful and the wisdom to apply that help skillfully.
