Hurt my back a couple of weeks ago, ended up in the ER with a herniated disk, etc... but now I'm on the mend. Exercise is still tough, but I've faced the facts (and the scale) and am back on track, eating-wise.

Hope you've all been well.
88.0 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Sorry to hear about that. Back pain sucks! Take it easy with the exercise for a while. I am glad you are getting better.

Oh no! Sorry to hear that, hope you are feeling better. Anything to do with your back just stops you in your tracks so glad to hear you are on the mend, go slowly and easy :-) Onwards and upwards eh?

Thanks, buddies! Pain-wise, I'm pretty much out of the woods now, and my leg function is much, much better. It feels good to be eating responsibly again, too. Thanks for your support!
