Struggling with stress from finals, starting new classes (including Algebra) and went over my carb count one day; celebrating my husbands birthday. Sticking with it, adding more exercise from 3-4 days to 5-6 day per week. That should help with the weight loss.

Thanks Hope, I try to think of it that way. When I was 330lbs 2 years ago, I was slowly killing myself and I came to realize that my 1-yr-old son deserves to have his mommy around to watch him grow up. I am so much more healthy than I was before and am thankful I was able to come to my senses in enough time to take control of my life.

Think of it this way, your son is learning his eating habits from you.what do you want to teach him? learn to eat the best way you can so your son can grow up without a weight problem hanging around his neck.
