I was really hoping for 170 so I will take the 169 gladly. I have been having some really crazy dreams at night, so in the middle of the night I woke up and couldn't tell you what day it was. I had to think really hard and ground myself. Crazy! Another busy day planned and this is my off day for exercise which is good because I will be getting it running around with today's schedule.
