Tough week...I hate weeks like these, but only gives me more motivation to step it up as the year is beginning to come to a close-as well as this challenge! I will achieve my goal before Christmas...but will need to keep on pressing on.
Pre-Thanksgiving meal at work this week kicked my butt-however I worked out really hard 5 times this week! I'm sure I will see the results on my final weigh in prior to Thanksgiving Day.
Goal for Next Week: - Pump up the cardio - No carbs after 3p.m. - Exercise 4x before Turkey Day - Drink lots of water - Crunches for every session
