Wow. A lot has happened in that time. Many non-weight related victories, a few heart breaks and pretty much constant stress since then. I picked the stresses to focus on and put the weight loss mission on pause (actually, I solidly farmed backwards, but that’s OK…grace).

We got through the things and now it’s time to pick up the batten and get going again.
