Just about lost all of my bounce back weight! Need to remind myself daily that 1-2 lbs loss per week is good! Doesn’t need to be 10-12 lbs per month!
86.5 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
