I don't know if this is just water weight coming off now. I am trying this rice and beans diet. They said anyone who wants to live long needs to eat rice and beans and only have meat 5 times a month. I don't know about giving up that much meat right now. However, I can see the science of that perspective.
Let's see had three bowls of rice and hamburger, the two bowls of cereal. I love golden grahams. I buy cereal and I feel I have to eat before my kids do. LOL.
