57.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week

We just got to love the dying days of summer, and Sep and Oct are great days for biking and walking. Any weight loss is a bonus. Have a great one.
